Dr. T’s Kitchen
I began to devote time and energy to my hobby of cooking as a means of relieving stress and escaping from my 9 to 5 career. What I did not realize at the time was that I would find such comfort and solace in my kitchen. In so doing, I gradually branched out and began focusing on learning as much as I could about food and cooking. Though it started as a way to maintain my sanity working in difficult environments, it has become my way of connecting with a variety of people, sharing what I have learned.
Dr. T’s Kitchen has become about my love of cooking, entertaining, and teaching others about food. At the time I started this journey, I had no idea it would morph into Dr. T’s Kitchen. But now that it has, I feel blessed to share my gifts with others and could not imagine what I would do if I could not share with each of you. Every day, I give thanks to God for allowing me to see another day and for giving me another chance to share my passion for food, family, and fun because as we learn more, we have a responsibility to do better.
